The information within this website is subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to ensure the information is accurate, however we will not be liable for any errors or inaccurate information. All prices shown include GST and are in New Zealand dollars.

All items listed are subject to availability and are updated monthly. In the event that the item you ordered has been sold out or is unavailable for some reason, Action tyres & autos will contact you and offer an alternative product or refund to your account in full any money you have paid.

Please check your goods upon receiving them and contact us immediately if it appears that the goods do not match your order or if any of the item/s are faulty.

If you do not contact us within five working days of receipt of the goods, the goods shall be deemed to be acceptable in all respects. However, manufacturing warranties will still apply.

Return of wrongly ordered goods will be accepted at our discretion. Freight charges and a re-stocking fee will apply.

Product warranties are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are beyond our control. Should you discover any defects in your product, please contact us immediately. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a refund.

Any personal information provided to this website is retained solely for the purposes of our contact and shipping. No information will be distributed to any other parties except as required by law.

In no event shall Action Tyres & Autos be liable, whether in contract, in tort or on any other basis, for any damages sustained by any organisation or person arising from or related to loss of use, failure or interruption in the operation of any item, or for incidental, consequential, indirect damages or liabilities or for loss of revenue, loss of business, or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the sale, maintenance, use, performance, failure or interruption or any item.

This policy in no way seeks to counter any consumer right as guaranteed through New Zealand law.

All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Action Tyres & Autos responsibility is for the safe delivery of the goods to the address provided by you and to deliver the tyres you have ordered in good condition.

We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of tyres or goods if you provide incorrect delivery address or contact information – please double check your order.

If necessary, we can track goods to your chosen delivery address and provide proof delivery.

Delivery is available within New Zealand only. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes or Rural Delivery addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and accurate delivery address. Should you feel that your goods did not arrive in a good condition, please contact us immediately. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to goods that were delivered to an incorrectly supplied address, please double check details..

Delivery times are within two working days for the North Island and within three working days for the South Island from when the order is placed with the distributor. Your order will be placed with the distributor on the first working day that cleared funds are received from you.

Delivery times are nearly always achieved however circumstances may occur when it takes longer than usual and this is beyond our control.

Delivery Information and Freight Charges

Delivery is arranged once your payment has cleared and is usually overnight but can take up to 2-3 working days.
Guaranteed overnight or same day delivery is often possible, please contact us if you require urgent delivery.

All tyres (except those sold at an unfitted price) will be delivered to our fitting agents and you will need to make an appointment with them to have your tyres fitted.

Should your tyres not arrive within 3 working days from the day you receive notification that tyres have been sent, please contact us.

We do not deliver to Rural Delivery addresses (R.D. numbers), except by arrangement.

We take pride in our service and do our best to stay in touch every step of the way, however it is important that you communicate with us should anything go wrong so that we can track the delivery and resolve any problems as soon as possible.
